If you're a coach or course creator, you're already recording hours of content — webinars, podcast episodes, group calls, live trainings. The coaches winning on social media aren't creating more; they're slicing what they already have.

The math that changes everything

A 60-minute webinar typically contains 8–12 moments that stand alone: a framework, a story, a hot take, a Q&A answer. Each one is a short-form video. One webinar = a month of posts across Reels, TikTok, Shorts and LinkedIn.

The repurposing workflow

  • 1. Record with clips in mind. Clean audio, decent light, and pause between ideas — clean breaks make clean clips.
  • 2. Mark the moments. Note timestamps when you say something sharp. Your future editor will thank you.
  • 3. Cut for the hook first. Each clip starts at its most interesting sentence — never at "um, so the next slide..."
  • 4. Caption everything. Coaching content is watched muted more than any other genre.
  • 5. End with a breadcrumb. "This is from my free training — link in bio" turns viewers into leads.

Beyond the webinar

  • Podcast episodes → audiogram-style clips with captions and a waveform
  • Client wins (with permission) → the proof content that sells programs
  • DM questions → anonymous, answered on camera: endless, perfectly-targeted topics
